Our editors recommend that before submitting, you peruse a copy of Gigantic Sequins. We keep our copies inexpensive so that all lovers of art and literatyre can afford one. They are $5.00 each in a bookstore or at an event, or they are $8.50, including shipping and handling, to be mailed to you via our store. There is no way that you, as a writer, can see what our editors like unless you have seen a recent issue of Gigantic Sequins.
Gigantic Sequins is currently OPEN for submissions! We only accept work electronically via submishmash, so click that hyperlink and send us your best work today. We are currently open for poetry, fiction, non-fiction, art/comics & other.
We pay in one copy of the magazine in which your work appears. We retain first serial rights, and all rights revert back to the author/artist upon publication.
Generally, our submission periods are from May 1 – August 1 and Nov. 1 – Feb. 1, but they are subject to change. Currently, our submissions period has been EXTENDED to last until MARCH 10th, 2012! Send us your best work today.
