Adam Moorad Oak Ridge Chapbook Release :: Brooklyn, NYC

Adam Moorad, GS 2.1 contributor, will be having a reading  to celebrate his chapbook release with Turtleneck Press. According to the event invite on facebook, we will be cohosting! Adam will be reading, as well as J. E. Reich, and one other reader representing GS. There may also be a forth reader! Anything could happen! What we know for sure: BEER. CUPCAKES. GREAT WRITING. Conversations & Connections :: Washington D.C.

Saturday, April 21st 2012 | 9:30am-5pm | 1740 Massachusetts Ave.  | $65 registration fee for full-day conference, which includes all of the conference events, 1 ticket to editor speed-dating, a subscription to a participating literary magazine & a book from one of the attending speakers.

Our editor in chief, Kimberly Ann Southwick, will be sitting on a panel hosted by GS 3.1 contributor, Carrie Murphy. Kimberly also will be one of the editors participating in the editorial speed-dating sessions. The conference itself is a great way for writers and editors  to  make relevant connections in the following ways, as the website for the event notes: “Get the real scoop directly from the people who are making decisions about publishing every day.
